Shipping & delivery

We currently deliver within Vancouver only. Free delivery within Metro Vancouver is available for orders above CAD60.

Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping option:

• Standard delivery within Metro Vancouver: aiming for 3–5 business days (CAD10)
• Express delivery within Metro Vancouver: aiming for 1–2 business days (CAD25)
• Self collection (River District, Vancouver): ready within 2–3 business days (free)

Note: floral gifts have a production lead time of 3–5 business days before they ship — add this to your selected delivery time above for the total time to receive your order.

Returns & exchanges

Because every piece is handmade to order, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
